Renate Reinsve

Biography:
Norwegian actress Renate Reinsve graduated from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts and launched her theatre career at Trøndelag Teater. She broke through internationally with Joachim Trier's Verdens verste menneske (2021), for which she won Best Actress at Cannes and earned a BAFTA nomination. Since then Reinsve has appeared in major films A Different Man (2024), Armand (2024) and the Apple TV+ series Presumed Innocent (2024). She reunited with Trier in Affeksjonsverdi (2025). Known for versatile performances spanning romantic drama, psychological inquiry, and satire, Reinsve has established herself as one of Norway's leading contemporary actors.
